WOW!!!! Sherry was AWESOME!! I have the same issue multiple years and could not remember the fix when opening my pool. The cover would move a few inches and stop. I remembered the year before there was a "reset" with the key but could not remember the "pattern". She called someone for me and got me the info (six turns to the direction you want to go) and it opened WITHOUT the $600 service charge! If I had to wait until Monday I would have missed out an a beautiful Sunday (that I spent pressure washing the cover and getting leaves off it). This is the kind of service ANY company should want for their customers. We have been with APC for almost 10 years and we are SUPER glad they have real "people" manning the phones after hours!! Kudos 5 STARS!!!!
